Denny's Country Gravy
Makes 2 cups
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Use the same pan that you cooked the beef in to make the gravy.
Heat the oil and whisk in the flour.
Stir constantly for about 5 minutes or until light brown.
Whisk in the milk a little at a time until the mixture thickens.
Salt and pepper to taste.
